Fun Stuff
Did you know that one of China’s earliest paper money had the world’s most terrifying user agreement? Print on the bill warned that counterfeiters would be executed on the spot. When ancient China introduced banknotes like Jiaozi, every bill explicitly stated that counterfeiters would be beheaded and their families enslaved—while offering a massive bounty of silver and the criminal's seized estate to anyone who turned them in. Long before watermarks and security threads, the world's earliest fiat currency relied on bold typography and the very real threat of decapitation.

On that scary note, see you next time!
