Jari Company, the South Korean operator of rental-management platform Zaritalk, raised about $10.6 million (₩14.5 billion) in a Series A.
Seeds Fincap, an Indian lender to small businesses, raised more than $10.4 million (₹100 crore) in a Series B led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.
Blue Fire AI, an AI investment-research platform, secured $9 million in funding.

Seligman Ventures doubled its deployable capital to $1 billion to back AI infrastructure, hardware and cybersecurity companies.
BAG Ventures closed an $11.3 million debut fund to back pre-seed and seed enterprise AI and cybersecurity startups.
