💸 Venture Financing

  1. Volt, a UK open banking-based payment facilitator (account to account), raised a $60 million Series B at a $350 million valuation.

  2. Yendo, which provides a consumer credit card secured by a car, raised a $24 million Series A.

  3. Blackbird AI, an AI-driven risk management tool provider, raised a $20 million Series B.

  4. Heard Technologies, a payroll, bookkeeping, and tax management platform for therapists, raised $15 million.

  5. TreasurySpring, a UK fixed-term fund platform for capital markets, raised a £15 million Series B.

  6. Yellow, an asset financier for solar energy in Africa, raised a $14 million Series B.

  7. Mypinpad, a mobile card payments acceptance and identity authentication provider, raised $13 million.

  8. Maverick Protocol, a decentralized finance infrastructure provider, raised $9 million.

  9. Aktos, a debt collection software maker, raised a $4.4 million seed round.

  10. Crux, an ecosystem for sustainable finance that will accelerate clean energy projects, raised a $4.25 million seed extension.

  11. Concordia, which is working on an “interconnected, permissionless, and optimized DeFi ecosystem,” raised a $4 million seed round.

  12. Trezy, a French-Dutch cashflow management platform, raised a €3 million seed round.

  13. Earn Network, a marketplace for liquid investments, raised a $2.7 million seed round.

  14. Chexy, a Canadian platform that rewards users for paying rent, raised a C$1.3 million pre-seed.

  15. TransBnk, an Indian programmable transaction banking system, raised a $1 million seed round.

  16. Cleareye.ai, an automated trade finance platform, raised strategic funding from JP Morgan.

💰 Venture Funds

  • Illuminate Financial, a UK financial services-focused VC, raised a third fund of $235 million.
