MoMo, a Vietnamese digital wallet and payment app, raised $200 million at a $2 billion valuation.
Addi, a Colombian buy-now-pay-later builder, raised $80 million at a $700 million valuation (and also secured $125 million in debt financing).
Uni, an Indian provider of pay-later cards, raised a $70 million Series A.
Taptap Send, a cross-border payments provider to underserved markets, raised $65 million.
Juspay, an Indian payments firm, raised $60 million.
Ampla, a revenue-based financing provider to consumer-facing commerce brands, raised a $40 million Series A.
Proxymity, a digital investor communications platform, raised a $31 million Series B.
Ant Money, a micro-income startup from the Acorns founder, raised $20 million across a seed round and Series A.
Carats & Cake, a point-of-sale financing solution for venues and property groups, raised $19.3 million.
Conta Simples, a Brazilian Brex competitor, raised a R$121.4 million ($21 million) Series A.
Bureau, a secure transaction and ID verification vendor to emerging markets, raised a $12 million Series A.
SimpliFi, a MENA card issuing platform, raised $5.1 million.
LiveFlow, a real-time accounting data startup, raised a $3.5 million seed round.
Credix, a decentralized credit marketplace, raised a $2.5 million seed round.

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo acquired business payments technology provider Bottomline for $2.6 billion in cash.
Australian shareholder registry Link Administration may have finally found a buyer in Canadian software firm Dye & Durham, which offered $2.48 billion.
Publicly-listed mortgage provider Rocket Companies agreed to acquire personal financial management app Truebill and its 2.5 million users for $1.275 billion in an all-cash deal.
Money transfer firm OFX Group acquired Canadian forex provider Firma Foreign Exchange.
UK PFM Monese acquired freelancer banking app Trezeo.

Wealth management platform FNZsold financial technology provider GBST to Anchorage Capital.
